This page outlines the process for users who wish to request the deletion of their data associated with the Postrillo platform, including data obtained through Facebook Login.
Postrillo, operated by The Web Silo LLC, is committed to protecting user privacy and providing a clear and simple method for removing personal data from our systems.
1. Data We Can Delete
You may request deletion of the following:
- Your Postrillo account
- Personal profile information
- Email address
- Login credentials
- Content submitted through the platform
- Facebook Login–related data (name, email, profile picture)
- Activity logs associated with your account
We cannot delete data stored by Facebook.
To manage Facebook data, you must visit your Facebook account settings.
2. Steps for Deleting Your Data
Option 1: Delete Data Through Your Account
If you have access to your Postrillo account:
- Log in to your Postrillo account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
This will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our system.
Option 2: Request Data Deletion by Email
If you cannot access your account or prefer direct support:
- Send an email to: thewebsilo@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Postrillo Data Deletion Request
- Include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Email associated with your Postrillo account
- Whether you signed in using Facebook Login
Once received, we will verify ownership and complete your request.
Your data will be deleted within 7 business days.
3. Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you used Facebook Login, Meta requires apps to provide users with a data-deletion callback.
Postrillo's Facebook Data Deletion URL is:
https://postrillo.com/login/facebook/callback
To remove Postrillo’s access to your Facebook information:
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find Postrillo in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove.
This will revoke Postrillo's access to your Facebook data.
4. What Happens After Deletion
Once your deletion request is processed:
- Your account will be permanently removed.
- All personal data related to your account will be erased.
- You will no longer be able to access any information or content previously stored.
- This action cannot be undone.
