A network logo does not tell you every account type that can connect. A LinkedIn Profile and a LinkedIn Page, for example, are different destinations. Use the current channel chooser and your plan details together when deciding where to start.

Before you start

Sign in to the workspace you intend to publish from. If you belong to multiple teams, verify the team name first. You need channel-view access to inspect connections and appropriate management access to add or reconnect them.

1. Check capacity before adding

Open Channels and read Channel capacity. Compare the slots used with the displayed allowance. Do not assume another team’s connections count the same way as your own. If you are at the limit, review the current plan and existing accounts before making changes.

2. Inspect ready account types

Choose Add channels. The chooser separates Ready to connect from Setup required. Read the account type on the button, such as Page, Profile, Board or Channel. Choose an account type supported by both Postrillo and the social account you control.

3. Treat setup requirements separately

An item under Setup required is not ready for a normal connection attempt. In the October 27 product review, LinkedIn Page needed setup while LinkedIn Profile was ready. This is a dated observation; use the current chooser rather than assuming that state will never change.

4. Compare with your actual workflow

Select one destination your audience already uses and complete a draft there first. Check current pricing and plan details if you need additional destinations or capacity. A higher allowance alone does not resolve an unavailable provider configuration or missing network permission.

A practical example

A solo business that already maintains a Facebook Page can learn the workflow there before adding another network. A creator with a different eligible profile should start with that profile instead. The simplest first choice is an account you already manage responsibly.

If something does not look right

If a network is absent, it may be outside the plan, outside the available account types or unavailable in that workspace. Ask the workspace owner to check permissions before upgrading solely to solve a connection problem. Contact Postrillo with the network and account type, without passwords.

What to check before moving on

Your next step is a supported connection with clear ownership and available capacity, not an assumption that every network is included in every plan.
